Naura, I have been taking the shake for one week...wow! You were right. Before I started the shake I was taking over the counter pills to get energy. I have stopped needed anything other than the shake. Thank you so much for this important information on how to feed my body, mind and spirit. Dear Naura,
The other afternoon while walking through my neighborhood a local bookshop owner gave me a copy of your book Everything You've Ever Wanted To Know About Energy But Were Too Tired To Ask as a gift. From the moment I received your book I knew it would change my life. I have only been taking the prescribed vitamins for a day now, and purchased the last of the ingredients for the shake this afternoon, which I intend to make upon returning home tonight from my work, but already feel more energy and look forward to the increased stamina I am certain I will have, enabling me to complete my artistic goals. Thank you so much for writing this book and for formulating the shake and vitamin program you suggest. God bless.

Hi Naura How are you...I've just revisited you book..."Everything you've always wanted to know about Energy" Are you still taking your original Energy drink...with Brewer's yeast etc....I notice you're marketing a packaged variety..but with Soy Protein...Soy does not agree withme...Maybe I'll try your original recipe in the book...How old are you now??? hope you don't mind...Love to hear from you..Love and blessings Ray

Have wanted to write you a note for many years and am finally doing so. In the mid-70s, your Energy book changed my life more than any book I have ever read. Thanks to the principles of physical, mental, and emotional energy you outlined, the vitamin regime you recommended, the adding of protein and cutting
down of carbs, I have been incredibly healthy for thirty years. I never catch a cold, have a great deal of energy, and do not worry about the small stuff. Prior to reading your book, all of those things were not true about me. I still reread your energy book once a year or so just as a "refresher" to make sure I'm on track. Thank you so much. |

WAY BACK IN THE SEVENTIES I USED YOUR ENERGY DRINK I FELT WONDERFUL. I don't why i stopped but I want to start again When I first used it I made it myself,is the premixed as good? |

I am now in my 70s and feel quite good now that I am back to making the Dynamite shake again.
I found the Hip High-Prote book again .
I found that by changing my yeast brand to Lewis lab it has helped the taste.

I just wondered what happened to the brewers yeast. Did you change your mind about it for some reason? I see you still use soy, but not the yeast.

Dear Kathy, the brewer's yeast tasted so awful, and when I found how good soy is for the body, I made the change they were never together in the Shake. It's now loaded with vitamins and minerals and protein, and tastes divine. Hope you'll try it and see that I'm right -- I know you'll love it and feel better than you've felt in a long time. recently i purchase a book by naura entitled 'how to satisfy a woman every time'. a wonderful book. ms. hayden is a woman i wish i had met at some point in my life. not for sex but for the wisdom she has. she is fatastic.
