Hi Naura How are you...I've just revisited you book..."Everything you've always wanted to know about Energy" Are you still taking your original Energy drink...with Brewer's yeast etc....I notice you're marketing a packaged variety..but with Soy Protein...Soy does not agree withme...Maybe I'll try your original recipe in the book...How old are you now??? hope you don't mind...Love to hear from you..Love and blessings Ray

Have wanted to write you a note for many years and am finally doing so. In the mid-70s, your Energy book changed my life more than any book I have ever read. Thanks to the principles of physical, mental, and emotional energy you outlined, the vitamin regime you recommended, the adding of protein and cutting
down of carbs, I have been incredibly healthy for thirty years. I never catch a cold, have a great deal of energy, and do not worry about the small stuff. Prior to reading your book, all of those things were not true about me. I still reread your energy book once a year or so just as a "refresher" to make sure I'm on track. Thank you so much. |

WAY BACK IN THE SEVENTIES I USED YOUR ENERGY DRINK I FELT WONDERFUL. I don't why i stopped but I want to start again When I first used it I made it myself,is the premixed as good? |

I am now in my 70s and feel quite good now that I am back to making the Dynamite shake again.
I found the Hip High-Prote book again .
I found that by changing my yeast brand to Lewis lab it has helped the taste.

I just wondered what happened to the brewers yeast. Did you change your mind about it for some reason? I see you still use soy, but not the yeast.

Dear Kathy, the brewer's yeast tasted so awful, and when I found how good soy is for the body, I made the change they were never together in the Shake. It's now loaded with vitamins and minerals and protein, and tastes divine. Hope you'll try it and see that I'm right -- I know you'll love it and feel better than you've felt in a long time. I started with the drink you put together in the 80s. I lost weight, it cleared up my acne and I felt great. I am going to start the drink again to get back in shape to take care of my 10 month old son. I need energy for him and I want to get pregnant again. I am wondering zI am now on thyroid medicine and they say it is hard to loose weight when you are on it. Have you found that people with thyroid issues still loose weight? I love the drink and I want to do it. My mom got me started and she wants to do it now and she has the same problem plus sleep apnea. Can you please help us. Thank you, Connie |

I'm a 56 year old grandma who made your shake "back when" and made "Pep up" from an Adele Davis recipe even before that. Now I think I'm going to try a vegan version. I need more energy to keep up with the grandkids. Re-discovered you after seeing "The Angry Red Planet" with my son. |

I recall using the Dynamite Shake in the 1980s when my mother would buy it for me. I used to alternate the shake with Desoxyn methamphetamine hydrochloride prescribed by my doctor as treatment for narcolepsy. Due to the prescription drug monitoring program in 38 states, I have found it impossible to get medication for narcolepsy and I've become disabled. I was wondering if the shake sold today has the same ingredients. I'm seeking to jumpstart my career and as long as I have these daytime sleep attacks, that won't be possible, but if the shake is made the same way, I don't see why it wouldn't work again. Also, is it sold in stores or do I need to order it online? |
