Sevenstar was established in September 2001, and went public on Shenzhen Stock Exchange in March 2010; which is the first listed company involves integrated circuit equipment manufacturing, and also one of the main responsible units specializing in 02 National Major Scientific and Technological Projects; Cleaning System, Oxidation Furnace, LPCVD (Low pressure chemical vapor deposition), ALD (atomic layer deposition), Gas Mass Flow Controller (MFC) and more research projects are funded by the government.
